By using HVBusinessLink.com or participating in any affiliated services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership & Subscriptions
Membership plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing unless cancelled. Two free months apply only to annual membership fees paid in full.

3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time. No refunds are provided for the remainder of the current billing cycle after cancellation.

4. Event Participation
By attending HV Business Link events, you agree to respectful conduct. We reserve the right to deny admission or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, images, videos, and logos are the property of HV Business Link and may not be copied, modified, or reused without written consent.

6. Community Guidelines
We foster a collaborative and respectful environment. Discrimination, solicitation, spam, or harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
HV Business Link is not responsible for any business or financial outcomes resulting from your membership, nor for actions taken by members outside of official HV Business Link events or communications.

8. Modifications
HV Business Link reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
